Right after my July 8th free live stream show on celebrating Freedom Day, my sister called me as I was driving and said – “girl, you were on fire!” She loved the energy and totally resonated with the participants who I talked to. She also asked me an important question, “What does freedom mean to you?

As a humanitarian, my answer was freeing myself from stress and pain and freeing other people from their stress and pain. At that exact moment, the song “Girl on Fire” came on the radio…

I starting singing along “I’ve got my head in the clouds and I’m not coming down or backing down – This girl is on F-I-R-E!”

Singer Alicia Keys inspired me as she shared the meaning of her song. “To be On Fire is to allow yourself the FREEDOM to take full control of who you are and how you want to live your life. To live your passion and shine your light unabashedly!! It’s that moment you choose to claim your POWER and be extraordinary!”

This is exactly how I feel in my daily life (professional and personal life).

As a 36th Generation Shaolin Kung Fu Grandmaster of the Yuen Method who was honored as a “Power Woman” on the cover of Discover Magazines, Kicking Ass in every life situation is who I am!

However, several years ago, I did not always feel in my power.

When I was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, I felt the exact opposite way – POWERLESS, helpless, and hopeless!

In hindsight, I had to “burn it down.” Meaning I had to delete the reasons, causes, and sources of what led to my illness in the first place.

Back to the lyrics, “I’ve got my head in clouds and I’m burning it down”  –

To reverse my illness, I had to get my mind out of the way so that my physical intelligence could identify and delete the weaknesses (reasons, causes, and sources).

By processing deletions, it freed me from my illness which automatically put me in my power.

Being in perfect health = freedom!

Freedom is who I am – when I really desire something, I go for it – I never back down – I am in it – to win it!

When your mind and other people’s minds are driving your decisions, you will always be directed in the wrong way –  leading to catastrophes, Illnesses, and it will end up costing you a lot of time, money, and aggravation!

The only stress, pain, or failure you have is when your MIND or other peoples’ minds are driving your decisions. You will make the wrong turns, and wind up in the wrong places, at the wrong times.

Your mind is where your problems are. You will always be in FIGHT or flight mode. You won’t win the battles!

When your mind is driving your decisions, it is like a blind spot when switching lanes – the outcome = BAM! CRASH! You don’t’ see the car coming!

As I explained in my Independence Day free live stream (Recorded on July 8th) – stress and negativity can manifest in your body as physical pain and illness.

In Yuen Method Kung Fu, the Dragon symbolizes the highest level of enlightenment, solutions to immediately solve everything.

The dragon’s fire burns up (deletes) all karma and negative thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

The Key in life is deleting your mind and strengthening your physical intelligence to drive your decisions in the right direction.

Physical Intelligence = No Blind Spots!

How is this done?

By Mastering your “DELETE” key on your internal computer.

Delete Your Mind so that your physical Intelligence can direct you the way.

Your Central Nervous System is your internal human-computer. Your physical intelligence resides within your central nervous system.

Strengthening your Physical Intelligence is only Step 1.

Step 2 is using your Physical Intelligence to process DELETIONS which will FREE YOU from all your pain and stress so that you automatically make all the right turns, and end up in the right place, at the right time, without mentally thinking about which way to go.

Using your delete key is not something you just do once!! Processing deletions is a way of life. It’s about Deleting negative thoughts, emotions, and experiences on a regular basis.

Every moment, of every day, you are making decisions!

To be able to have consistent wins and change outcomes in your favor, you must delete your mind daily so that your physical intelligence can identify and delete the weaknesses (reasons, causes, sources of pain, and stress).

The problem you have is that it’s impossible to do this when your mind is blocking you.
