As I was driving to a Valentine's Day party, the song Unstoppable came on the radio, and I spontaneously started singing along so that I could share and strengthen you for unconditional love and undefeatable energy on V-Day!

Sia inspired me with her lyrics, “Unstoppable.”

As I stated on my Chinese New Year’s February 7th Free Stream (Year of the Dragon), this is the year to be in your power, fearless, and confident to stand your ground with internal strength and vitality to manifest your Resolutions into Reality – you will be so unstoppable that you don’t even need batteries!

Valentine's Day Can Bring Many Emotions to the Surface.

It’s rather difficult to think about Valentine’s Day if you don’t have a partner, you’re in either a contentious relationship or one that has become boring. For many of us, this special day acts to emotionally trigger upsets we have with ourselves or our partners.

Perhaps you can’t find Mr. or Ms. Right or you have given up trying. You may be enduring a relationship where everything is an argument, your emotional needs are ignored by your mate, your mate continually criticizes, blames, or ignores you, all passion has died, and you want to leave but are too attached or afraid to do so.

The unfortunate reality is that the vast majority of couples find themselves reaching a “ceiling” in their relationship, one that terminates the “honeymoon period,” followed by increasing corrosion of the relationship, the longer the couple remains together.

What would it take to experience the opposite of this norm, where something shifts in your relationship that allows you to experience more fulfillment, harmony, contentment, mutual trust, and neutrality than ever before?

Having resolved all manner of relationship difficulties for people worldwide over the past couple of decades, I have yet to find a single person who is consciously aware of the precipitating causes/reasons/ sources of their problem and the majority of these people even misidentify the nature of the actual problem itself.

The conscious mind misleads and blindsides you. The problem itself is never what you think it is.  If you consciously knew what the problem was, you wouldn’t have it in the first place! 

Presently, you are actually misinterpreting what’s really affecting you in your relationship. You assume that what you and others think/talk about continuously are the right answers as to the reasons for your problems, especially if the experts are in agreement. 

The true cause/reason/source of every relationship problem lies buried in the subconscious and unconscious minds. Resolving difficulties between you and your partner depends on finding these previously unknown culprits and deleting them, just as you delete unwanted emails – on the spot!

While experts in the field of relationships agree that the major threat to a couple comes from the lack of appropriate communication, in truth, verbalizing what you incorrectly believe to be bothering you is the polar opposite of the golden nugget as promised by the experts. While talking may increase your sense of well-being for perhaps a day, it ultimately creates even more problems, reinforcing the difficulties and escalating the negativity for everyone involved as you continue to verbally share your situation. It’s time to rid ourselves of this verbal prattle and use an approach that actually works.
